Children are important to us at Dallas Baptist Church.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come unto me.” As a matter of fact we believe if God were to say only one group were invited to come to church, God would say invite the children.
During the 10:50 Traditional Morning Worship service there is always a Children’s Sermon and often the children’s choir, “The Sounds of Joy” lead in worship. Following the Children’s Sermon a Children’s Church is provided for those K-2nd grade. In Children’s Church we teach them familiar Bible stories like Adam and Eve, Noah that built an ark, and Moses and the Ten Commandments.
They will learn about Jesus how he was born a tiny baby in Bethlehem, but grew up and would die on a cross to save them from their own sins. It is our prayer that every child will come to know the saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, be baptized, church member, and become all God wants them to be.
Once again, Jesus said, “Let the little children come unto me.” We at Dallas Baptist want that for all kids |
